Astronomy Outreach First Assembly

Stargazing at First Assembly

If you have any questions concerning things on my website you may send me an Email.
10/20/2024 Do you need to get your family off social media? Look up in the sky. First Assembly the Possibility Church invited Richmond County NC Amateur Astronomers to their fall festival and visitors got to see Messier 16, or the Eagle Nebula, after that we looked at the comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS. While some of the visitors were looking at the sky they saw a starlink satellite formation! A fun night. A lot of events we do don’t include astronomy in the list of activities. Usually we are included in & more. I was happy to see this time we were the first activity listed!
