My friend W4JE challenged me to activate this park in 30 minutes.  I did it with time to spare. We used his car but my hamtenna and radio. Despite the noisy band I operated on 40 meters calling CQ POTA. At this writing the park has only been activated 13 times and has limited parking. You will have to operate from your vehicle are bring your own table and chair. It is only 13 miles from park US-7787 Bush Mill State Natural Area with the same limitations as this one but if you are in the area it’s something you may want to consider For my write up on this park see Amateur Radio POTA VA US-7787.
