Mark Gibson’s Background in Scouting
I was a first class scout in Troop 199 in Norfolk Virginia back in the 1970’s. I was also an astronomy merit badge counselor in Virginia Beach in the 1980’s. I was re-introduced to scouting a couple of years ago as a result of my activity with amateur radio. Here is a couple of articles I have wrote about my experience.
